My path here wasn't a straight line. It started with six years running day-to-day operations for a 160+ student program — managing budgets, compliance, and stakeholder relationships across a district-aligned enrichment program.

In 2018, I founded Duplessis Dynamics LLC to take that same instinct for structure into fractional technical program management, helping startups, nonprofits, and healthcare systems build things that actually work — including a $1M+, 23-month hospital equipment turnover with zero service disruptions.

Most recently, I turned that expertise inward. I built UPLBS, a plain-language product launch framework, then used it to launch itself — growing my Substack, Dupdy, to 222 subscribers in four months and turning that into real revenue. Great ideas deserve great infrastructure. Mine included.
