I’ve always believed that service isn’t just something you give, it’s something you live.

In 2018, I made my entrepreneurial path official by founding my first LLC, now known as Duplessis Dynamics. Since then, I’ve led operational initiatives, partnered with healthcare businesses like DBP Med, and supported nonprofits navigating transformation. Along the way, I developed a passion for project management as both a discipline and a leadership style: one that blends structure with empathy, and strategy with action.

I earned my PMP® certification, marking a milestone in my growth as a project leader and operations strategist. For me, project management is part science, part art and always about people.

Today, I help organizations turn ideas into outcomes, especially during times of change. Whether rebranding a nonprofit, supporting youth programs, or modernizing operations, my work is rooted in a single compass: service above self.

Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing creativity, exploring nature, and always seeking ways to integrate meaning into everything I build.
